New Law Blog

I am Adam Baker and this is my law weblog. I decided to set up this site for two reasons: (i) It allows me to spend time keeping up with an area of the law that interests me generally, and (ii) few other law blogs (“blawgs”) in Canada have tackled construction law specifically (n.b.: This is not to say that there is any shortage of non-blogging expertise in the field). In any event, you can read more about my interests in the construction industry and construction law here. This being my first official post I’ll save any discussion of legal issues and developments for the near future.
